Winter is the most comfy season to remain seated indoors.

Nonetheless, tattooing in winter does have few limitations. You often face colds, coughs, and similar flu like symptoms in winter months. These afflictions take a toll on your body immune system. Tattoo designs take a longer time to heal and dry. If you want to get tattooed in winter, the best precaution is to maintain your health with sufficient intake of immunity-boosting vitamins.

I have worked hard as a sailor for most of my life, and as I approach 30 have decided to turn to my passion of art and tattoos. I’ve worked on my art all my life and specialise in portraits and detailed work. I don’t mean to be arrogant but it’s to a very high standard and industry worthy.
Financially i’m in a position to start a small business and have been working on a business plan to open a tattoo studio. I was wondering what peoples opinions where on a non-tattoo artist opening a studio? I plan on learning the trade aswell as running the business, accounts, retail space, ect ect. I understand the level of importance people in the industry place on the old school way of rising through the ranks so wanted to see what people thought of my venture into the industry.
I think it’s fine, as long as you don’t try to tattoo until you’ve been properly trained. And even then, you’d better not try and pass yourself off as an experienced artist. It’ll be years and years before you can tattoo with the best of them.
